B.D. Erickson II, PresidentMr. Erickson has experience as Vice President and International Marketing Director for wealth management and financial planning companies for over ten years, focusing on International Business. During this time, BD entered Tony Robbins Mastery University and upon graduation became involved with the Robbins organization and went on to their Leadership Academy, spending a decade traveling with the Tony Robbins organization as a crew member and leadership person. He chooses to highlight this as the time period and organization that gave him the most growth where he learned the greatest skill sets and created an incredible peer group.
Job Description: Mr. Erickson oversees all aspects of the organization's quality or business improvement efforts, such as developing and administrating programs, training and coaching employees, and facilitating change throughout the organization, including the ever expanding and improving product line. He coordinates Satic's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency. He represents Satic's overall culture, vision and strategic direction. BD oversees Sales and Marketing. Through training and mentoring programs, BD develops team members, sales teams and company goals. He manages new market development and joint ventures. BD is also a great speaker and enjoys motivating and educating through energetic presentations.
Chip Dykeman III, Chairman Mr. Dykeman received his education from the University of Tennessee, focusing on Business Management. He owns Prestige Builders, LLC and Castlestone Development, Inc. and sits on the Board of Directors of both companies. Chip has also been involved in many start-up companies in the fields of technology, construction and development. Mr. Dykeman has received awards including Sales Manager of the Year in the U.S., Diamond Award Status for Sales Volume and Greatest Revenue Increase in a U.S.-based corporation.
Job Description: Mr. Dykeman directs and coordinates activities of businesses concerned with the production, pricing, sales and distribution of products. He establishes direction for the development and administration of Satic's quality improvement efforts, policies, objectives and activities to ensure continuing operations and to increase productivity. Chip also is responsible for establishing strategic plans, policies, and procedures at all levels so improvement efforts will meet or exceed internal and external customers' needs and expectations. Chip is the liaison for large clients and investors. Chip also handles new market relations and commercial sales.
David Murphy, Sales ManagerMr. Murphy is a fourth generation Montanan. He grew up in Missoula and later attended the University of Montana, majoring in Business Management and Accounting. After college, David worked ten years for Merrill Lynch Investment Firm, gaining valuable business management experience in Seattle, New York, and Fort Lauderdale. David was promoted to Assistant Vice President in 1987 and was in charge of operations for six South Florida offices. He moved back to Seattle in 1989, where he started his own construction company. During the next 10 years, his company built over 40 homes and took part on several commercial projects in the Seattle and Bellingham, Washington areas. In 1999, David became a Montana licensed Real Estate Appraiser and later added a license as a Real Estate Salesperson. In 2010, David joined the Satic team as an Affiliate and later as a Master Distributor for Orange County, California. David loves spending time with his family doing all sorts of recreational activities including backpacking, hiking, snow skiing, mountain bike riding and a variety of water sports.
Job Description: Mr. Murphy is responsible for managing the Distributors, Affiliates, Salesmen, Electricians and Installers as well as actively pursuing new customers. He develops and delivers sales presentations in a professional and effective manner by maintaining up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends & government regulations. He prepares estimates, contracts and inquiry responses for potential customers. Mr. Murphy plays a critical role in creating new sales channels and penetrating new markets.
Ms. Rooney manages the accounting and human resources functions. Alicia creates department budgets and reviews financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement. She also spearheads our vendor application process.
Mr. Erickson's professional training and career came as a stock trader and investment strategist for an international hedge fund. He spent several years in education and licensing, then three years in internship. His track record, capital management strategies, and market analysis help Satic capitalize in the present and plan prudently for the future.
Job Description: Ragan manages our investment accounts, maximizing our return and minimizing our loss. He tracks assets, inventories, and depreciates our physical assets and is also responsible for researching investment opportunities and market analysis. Ragan executes Satic's proprietary investment strategy, implements our employee 401K program and trains employees on money management strategies.
Laura Morss, SecretaryMrs. Morss attended Salish Kootenai Community College and Seattle Pacific University before transferring to the University of Montana in 2008 and graduating in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in Political Science. Laura has a strong work ethic and brings a broad range of experience to her position, including graphic design with a real estate investment firm, two years of medical transcription and five years of customer service, which have provided her with excellent computer, communication and organizational skills as well as meticulous editing proficiency. She has spent time in Nicaragua, Peru, Mexico, Botswana and South Africa doing humanitarian work and has also been to Spain and Ireland. She is volunteer staff with Chi Alpha Campus Ministries and plays piano and bass guitar on the worship team at Remedy, a local Missoula church. She is married and enjoys spending time with her husband and friends.
Job Description: Laura manages accounts receivable, invoicing, filing, shipping (international and domestic) and receiving. She coordinates schedules, meetings, conference calls, bids and installs. She is the liaison for community development projects and public relations. Laura is also the support staff for sales and marketing, helping to design and update current company graphics, flyers, brochures, websites, and social networking sites.
Dr. Lynn Churchill has over 30 years of experience in the ever changing and evolving field of technology and telecommunications in both the private and public sectors. He has a Ph.D. from the University of Washington and was a Research Associate Professor in the Mathematics Department at the University of Montana, where he worked for ten years and directed a number of grant-funded technology projects. He also founded and directed two technology centers during his tenures in academia at the University of Washington and the University of Montana. Dr. Churchill has been the CTO of four companies and worked extensively with leading technology companies and integrators across the nation including Apple, AT&T, BAE Systems, Cisco, HP/Compaq, IBM, L3, Microsoft, Oracle, Sun Microsystems, Raytheon, Texas Instruments, Verizon and others. He is familiar with the rigorous requirements of enterprise-level computing and communications while at the same time understanding the operations and security issues that go along with providing online services. He specializes in the design and integration of advanced technologies and telecommunications.
Job Description: Dr. Churchill provides support and oversight for Satic’s IT related functions and requirements. He works with the Satic team to define and implement technology strategies that are designed to increase service, increase efficiency, and manage risk in the organization. He is responsible for identifying and implementing hardware and IT related services to achieve Satic’s organizational and sales objectives. Lynn works to achieve results within defined resource allocations and to assist management in determining the appropriate level of resource allocations so as to deliver the required return on investment of technology expenditures. He also assists in producing marketing-related videos and directing Satic’s SBIR grant initiatives.
Mr. Havlovick is the owner of Dynamic Solutions and has served several companies in the area of product development, among them Texas Instruments, M&S Systems, and TAMSCO Manufacturing. As a consultant, he also worked with a variety of clients in the development of consumer products, medical systems, and R&D for new technology and brings this added perspective to the needs of Satic, Inc. Brian earned his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering at Montana State University and has continued his training in many technical areas with an emphasis on Engineering Program Management to stay abreast of the latest developments in product development techniques.
Job Description: Brian leads the engineering team and manages the R&D and the Tech departments at Satic, Inc. His latest work on the Satic line has been outstanding, and Satic launched several new products in 2010 designed by Brian and his team. He is in charge of product improvement and certification. Brian also will help oversee production, quality control and build setup and training.
Mr. Curtis runs the installation and custom project department for Satic. Rick is a licensed Master Commercial Electrician with 17 years experience running his own well known operation in Western Montana, Spectrum Technologies. We are very proud of our custom installations. We're presently performing custom installs on car washes, grocery and convenience stores, restaurants and dental offices and industrial dry cleaning facilities. Job Description: Rick performed hands on independent testing of the Global Energy Saver. Rick has also assisted Satic by configuring the installation on three phase A/C units and leading local installations. Rick is in charge of local installations and custom prefabrication. Rick also trains electricians for Satic Installation Certification.
Mr. Brueck is an accomplished information services professional and technical director with extensive experience in bringing cutting-edge technology and integration to corporate clients. He has spent the last 12 years helping companies, some very well known in the area, to develop and maintain long-term Information Technology strategies. He has held many titles from: Network/Systems Administrator, Chief Information Officer, Chief Technical Officer and I.T. Director. Mr. Brueck brings a unique and diverse background that enables him to excel in Marketing, Media, Graphic Art, Web Design, Audio/Video Production, Network Infrastructure and Business Management. He thrives at keeping Satic on the leading edge of current and future technologies and their integration into Satic's workplace, marketing, and product line.
Job Description: Bart designed Satic's marketing materials and media, including but not limited to websites, brochures, flyers, promotions, advertising, and PR materials. Bart is continually researching the industry, the market, and the competition so that we have the most up-to-date information available.
Randy has a degree in Energy Technology from the University of Montana and spent his 90 hour internship with Satic. He is a hard, dedicated worker who pays special attention to detail. Randy is a fourth generation Missoulian and enjoys hunting, fishing, and backpacking. Randy is an active member of many local and national conservation groups including the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation (RMEF), Foundation for North American Wild Sheep (FNAWS), and Mule Deer Foundation (MDF).
Job Description: Randy works in production, prefab and assists with audits and custom installs. During his internship he found his place at Satic and was invited to come on full time. Randy will soon know all aspects of Satic production, manufacturing and instillation.
Randy assists the master electrician with customer installs, takes pictures of all installs (before and after), writes up all install procedures, and records results of installs. Randy also assists in product testing and recording, provides production assistance in assembly, packaging, and design, performs strict documentation of all inventory transactions including demos, sales, & production, organization of inventory within facility, and answers Customer/Sales technical questions.
Mrs. Curtis has an incredible track record and is known in many Montana circles for her past safety officer performance. She is outstanding at safety training, manual creation, protocol creation and on and off site implementation, is also low voltage certified with years of experience in electric Prefab / custom installs.
Job Description: Fern will assist with the prefabrication of custom design installations. Fern will be responsible for the safety program, training, meetings and implementation of safety and health procedures. She manages compliance and reporting for all related industry laws and regulations.
